Monas cinnamon cake.
Ingredients.
- 400 gram of flour.
- 400 gram of sugar.
- 125 gram of melted margarine.
- 4 teaspoon of baking soda.
- 5 dl buttermilk.
- 5 teaspoon cinnamon.
Frosting.
- 50 gram of melted margarine.
- 250 gram of powdered sugar.
- 2 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
- 1 tablespoon cocoa.
- 4 tablespoons cold coffee ½ dl.
Recipe.
- Lightly melted margarine and sugar stir well, buttermilk is stirred in.
- Flour, baking soda and cinnamon are mixed in.
- Poured into greased form approx size 25 x 35 cm.
- Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Frosting.
- Mix in a pan, heat stirring until it is melted, pour on the cake when it is cold.
