Jennifer`s Plum Cake.
Ingredients.
You need.

plums.

egg.
250
gram
sugar.
75
gram
butter.
2
dl
yogurt.
250
gram
flour.
2
teaspoon
cinnamon mixed with 2 teaspoon sugar.
2
teaspoon
bake powder.
Topping:
You need.
100
gram
flour.
100
gram
sugar.
100
gram
butter.
2
teaspoon
cinnamon.
Recipe.
Clean and halve the plums and remove the stones.
Whip egg and sugar foamed.
Melt the butter and pour the yogurt in, let it cool off.
Mix flour and baking soda in yogurt and butter
Pour the dough into a greased form, put the plums over and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Topping.
Mix and knead well flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon together and crumbles the dough over the plums.
Bake the cake at 200°C for approx. 45 minutes.
Served with whipped cream or sour cream.
